Physical activity is an important part of healthy living, which is why every AVM School has outdoor playgrounds with play equipment, toys and areas for games and improvised free play.
Angus Valley Montessori Schools (AVMS) provide your children with a safe and nurturing environment where they receive the best possible foundation so that they are inspired for a lifetime of learning, independence and achievement.
We assist children to develop a habit of regular physical activity through free and structured play, with lifelong benefits. We provide secure, private, age-appropriate outdoor playgrounds which AVMS students enjoy twice daily. Our playgrounds are inspected annually by Pegasus Playground Services Inc., a Canadian Certified Playground Inspector. Staff also conduct a daily inspection prior to classroom use.
