AVM Vaughan Annual Winter Concert

Thanks to our Educators and children for their hard work rehearsing and performing in our Holiday Concert 2022, held at The City Playhouse in Vaughan. Families who attended really enjoyed the seasonal event. Click to watch some video highlights.

CELEBRATING OUR GRAND OPENING!

On Saturday, October 16, 2021, we held our official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration attended by City of Vaughan Deputy Mayor Ferri, Councillor Racco, special guests and families. It was our pleasure to introduce our incredible team, tour guest through our beautiful, new purpose-built facility and share our approach to providing nurturing infant care and custom Montessori programs for ages 18 months to 6 years.

Thank you to everyone who attended, and a big thanks to AVMS suppliers for donating some wonderful prizes for the raffle draw! See photos.

OPEN HOUSE - AUGUST 7th

Meet our Team, learn about our nurturing infant care and custom Montessori programs for ages 18 months to 6 years, view the classrooms, library, kitchen and see the private playgrounds.

Angus Valley Montessori Vaughan Appoints Supervisor

Owners and operators of Angus Valley Montessori Vaughan, Aleena Zaidi and Bilal Zaidi, are excited to announce the appointment of Fahareen Moledina to the important position of Supervisor.

Fahareen is a qualified Montessori Educator who has spent her career teaching and nurturing children in a Montessori environment. She joins the AVM Vaughan team with 18 years experience as a Supervisor. In her own words,

“I believe that children thrive when given a positive learning environment that welcomes exploration and discovery and enhances confidence. An educator’s mission should be to make school enjoyable and exciting – if students look forward to attending school they will want to learn.”

The parent of two, who both attended Montessori school from the age of 12 months, Fahareen knows firsthand the advantages young children receive in this type of early learning environment. She is thrilled to be bringing this opportunity to a new generation of infants and pre-schoolers in a beautiful and purpose-built education centre.
