For the Zaidi's, AVM Vaughan is a business run for families, by family. Products of a Montessori education themselves, siblings Bilal and Aleena recognize the importance this played in preparing them for primary school as well as teaching them lifelong skills. As a result, they are passionate about Montessori.

"In our home, education and lifelong learning are heavily emphasized. Bringing this start to classrooms of young children is our way of serving our community," said Bilal Zaidi, Operator.

Shabih Zaidi – Owner

Mr. Zaidi's combination of drive to succeed and business management skills have been applied to family-owned and operated companies in areas of construction, manufacturing and franchise ownership. His wisdom and experience will positively guide the development of AVM Vaughan.

Fahareen Moledina, SUPERVISOR

Fahareen is a qualified Montessori Educator who has spent her career teaching and nurturing children in a Montessori environment. She joins the AVM Vaughan team with 18 years experience as a Supervisor. In her own words,

“I believe that children thrive when given a positive learning environment that welcomes exploration and discovery and enhances confidence. An educator’s mission should be to make school enjoyable and exciting – if students look forward to attending school they will want to learn.”

The parent of two, who both attended Montessori school from the age of 12 months, Fahareen knows firsthand the advantages young children receive in this type of early learning environment. She is thrilled to be bringing this opportunity to a new generation of infants and pre-schoolers in a beautiful and purpose-built education centre.
